20 Spicy Indian Snacks Recipes

                                        Indian spicy snacks are the best for tea time snack lovers,

                           These popular south Indian snacks are not only crispy but also delicious. 1. Pudina Namak Pare Recipe

                Namak pare also called as namkin is a crunchy savory snack eaten in India.  This pudina namak pare is ribbon like strips of pastry. delicately sesoned with ajwain, cumin seeds, caraway seeds and deep fried in pure ghee ( or butter ) . It requires approximately 10 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to cook.

2. Spicy Puffed Rice Recipe

This is a snack i have had so many times when i was a kid still i eat it very often. Its very easy to make and tasty, flavorful. If you want you can change the garnishing ( tamato, onion, sev) to your favorite ingredients as per your taste and we can also eat plain without adding any. This is also low calorie snack so have it without hesitation and enjoy the recipe..   

3. Bhakarwadi Recipe 

                          Bhakarwadi is a traditional sweet and spicy snack it is from two different origin oe from Vadodara Gujrat and another is from Pune Maharashtra. It is made from gram flour dough made into spirals stuffed with a mixture of coconut, poppy seeds and sesame seeds. It is a deep fried recipe so it can be stored for weeks. Thattai is a south Indian deep fried snack made with rice flour also called as gharelu, pappu chakkalu etc in different places. 16. Kara Boondi Recipe

Kara boondi is a special version of boondi and a mixture consisting of boondi, peanuts, cashews, curry leaves and few spices. 17. Bihari Ghugni Recipe 

Bihari ghugni, to begin making the bihari kale channe ki ghugni, soak dried black chick peas for about 8 hours ( you can soak chick peas in warm water it will take less time to soak ). Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, roasted cumin powder and the ground onion-chickpea paste, mix well and cook for about 5 minutes. Here is the recipe
